      I honestly cannot think of 1.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment consists of bullying from co-workers and poor management. They are unable to keep smart, hardworking individuals because of poor communication. They encourage gossip and position people to manage themselves. Nepotism runs rampid at this location.

      Generally, the employees at the site are wonderful people.

      It's like working in a circus. No one communicates and the leadership is dismal. Expectations are unclear and assumptions run rampant. Benefits are appalling!
