Decent starting pay, yearly reviews offer raises with good performance, good continuing education program.

Cons

*Depending on your supervisor and hospital they WILL work you to death if you let them, though this is inconsistent from location to location. *Communication is encouraged to be open but in practice rarely is.

It's like working in a circus. No one communicates and the leadership is dismal. Expectations are unclear and assumptions run rampant. Benefits are appalling!
