      Medicine Top Notch!!!…management not so much

      Pros

      Medicine is of the highest caliber. All staff from doctors down treat their patients and clients as if they are their own family. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else if they have a serious medical condition.

      Cons

      Company has gotten too big and lost focus on their employees. They shun being an advocate for those at the bottom of the totem pole and just want you to be a sheep and follow along. I felt unheard and unappreciated.

      Good pay if you work 15+ hours OT every week. Health & Savings Benefits

      Cons

      Management has ZERO experience in the field. Everything is chaotic and unorganized. Run 100% like a call center without any regard for the clients and their pets. Very high stress worm environment. If you don’t do OT every week and say yes to everything they ask, you will be targeted and harassed. High turnover. Daily berated by clients with no company or management support. EEOC violations. No respect for employees, even those who never complain and always do great work. Over a decade in the field and I’ve never worked for such a horrible company.
