Pros

Pay wasn't bad, benefits so-so. Location not bad if you enjoy traffic and being located at 290 and 610. Upper management micro manages everyone

Cons

Company tends to have managers who micro manage and don't allow you to do what you were hired to do

Well compensated, decent benefits. Some very talented, good co-workers

Cons

Clueless senior management. Management bonuses go out no matter what, even if they have to cull the herd to prop up their numbers enough to get the payout.
