Pros

Direct lower management are amazing people and very easy to grow those relationships and learn from experienced individuals. Direct teammates are easy to get along and work with.

Cons

A lot of head count being let go, feels unsettling. This also makes it where you will be wearing multiple hats due to resources lacking. There are no true training procedures for new employees.

Pros

The lower-management and local personnel are excellent people and it's easy to develop strong professional relationships.

Cons

Management's Unrealistic Viewpoint: - Middle and senior management have an inflated perception of Ethos' market position. - They are disconnected from the company’s true capabilities and the sentiments of customers. Sales Decline: - Sales have significantly declined, with growth now solely dependent on relationships that field staff have with customers. - The company's motivation to sell anything outside of its highest revenue product (Rotors) is extremely limited, at the expense of higher margin products. Lack of Strategic Growth: - Investment is focused only on already-sold products, leaving no resources for future growth or development. - There is little to no opportunity for personal or professional advancement within the company. - Some of the more consistent margin services such as plant management are being ignored and treated as little more than an afterthought. - No reward, recognition, or motivation to develop new tools or processes.
