Pros

Etsy probably has the best benefits package I have ever worked for. They cover all the benefits premiums and offer 6 months of paternity leave.

Cons

The business has struggled since the pandemic, but overall the company is great place to work.

Pros

Pretty flexible company that doesn’t make you work to the bone. Great people to work with in the office. Facilities team do an amazing job.

Cons

Lack of company growth has destroyed the amazing appeal of Etsy; its culture. Post layoffs and working on “quick to make a dollar” projects has not paid off. Company orgs are flat and promotions are a dream rather than reality. Nepotism is incredibly prevalent.
