A Bubble of Privilege, Not a Real Workplace

Pros

Lots of 5 stars here — but those stars are for the perks, the organic snacks, and the chill vibe. That doesn’t make a great work culture. The place feels more like a hip summer camp than a company.

Cons

People literally float through the day — coffee, chats, dog walks, a fun meeting... oh, it’s time for lunch, another coffee, a little work, then home. Too many have coasted for years, blocking out reality while congratulating themselves for “saving the world.” The culture rewards the “good students”. Immature work culture. It’s a very privileged crowd that preaches openness while blocking outsiders, confusing pretty mood boards with strategy. DEI is talk, not reality.

Pros

Great benefits, employee paid premiums, 6 mths maternity leave, generous pto with unlimited mental health/sick days

Cons

No clear vision for the company with constant changes to direction and organizations. Promotions not based off merrit.
