Pros

There was a lot of change over the last year. While it took some time for people to adjust, I truly believe there is a lot more optimism and opportunities for growth for those who stayed. There is incredible talent here!

Cons

With the change, it's been challenging to navigate individual roles and responsibilities. Hopefully that will become more clear in 2018.

Pros

The people make Etsy, both the employees and the members are golden. A values driven company with some growing pains I hope will be overcome.

Cons

Current growing pains are painful for those affected.

Pros

Great website for home based companies to sell hand made products.

Cons

Etsy couldn't care less about its sellers. We ran an extremely successful shop grossing over $500,000 in revenue and our shop got shut down in a matter of a month because of a few unhappy customers despite our 5 star reviews and myriads of repeat customers. Don't waste your time, they don't care about you.
