      Great atmosphere with very knowledgable employees that you are guaranteed to learn from.

      Sometimes a bit much on the manageable workload, and disconnecting from work at home can be difficult.

      There are no pros at all

      Cons

      The company constantly rips off their customers. They routinely hold large sums of money from the business that sell on their site. They tell the sellers that there was a complaint or some problem with their store and then hold their money while using it for normal operating capital. Do not get involved with these people. Stay away.
