It’s also inspiring to hear what an active and supportive role your management is taking in your development. Your comments regarding recent changes made to benefits, and equitable access to performance reviews are valuable. Just recently we announced enhancements to our benefits offerings, influenced by employee feedback, program utilization, and market trends. Additionally, we’ve hosted sessions led by our HR team during which we walked employees through our performance review process, discussed the steps for ensuring equitable considerations for promotions and pay increases, and opened the floor to live questions.
