Pros

I feel like the Recruiter herself was honest is the only thing I can say positive about this place. The next best thing that happened is my employer paid a significant amount to hire me permanently which got me away from Ettain.

Cons

STAY AWAY! There unprofessional. They'll send you to the location on the first day and not walk you in like other ordinary staffing companies which may not seem like .a big deal but imagine going to a 20 story building and not knowing which floor to go to or have your managers number to call. They will cheat you out of many after the company has paid you example if the company give you PTO they'll say they dont pay for PTO but the staffing company get your cut and you dont get anything. They are unorganized because they rush you to start which isn't bad but in return they tell the wrong start date. This has been by far the worst staffing company I've worked for. I can go on and on with cons about this staffing agency and I have no benefits in lying if you don't believe me, let them staff you and see how it goes.

Fine for college grads

Pros

As with any commission based job, you can make a lot of money if you're willing to work hard and put in the hours. If you're a recent college grad, it's a fun environment and culture.

Cons

Poor management; no loyalty unless you are making the general manager money. No flexibility or trust. Management believes working from home is not an option unless you are top 3 in the company nation wide. If you do need to work elsewhere for a bit, management will ask "are you really working?" Constantly questioning you even if you deliver. If you are struggling, there's no positive support from account managers or general manager; you sink or swim on your own. Even if you are doing well but aren't one of the "favorites", still no support or acknowledgement. SEVERE favoritism happens here. No room for discussion or disagreements on things (i.e. how recruiters are trained, type of business you go after, which business recruiters are assigned to, etc). "This is the way it's always been done, no exceptions." Lacks diversity. No career growth unless you want to go from recruiting to sales. That's it. A lot of promises will be made during the interview phase if they want you, but they will not come to fruition. A lot of inappropriate behavior occurs; management interacting with 20 somethings as if they are still a 20 something. Trying to be friends instead of a mentor/leader.

Cons

No business provided to recruit on, terrible management, disconnected and feels like you are on an island unless you work out of corporate.
