Pros

None! This place is a horrible place to work. Very much like high school with all of the clicks. No one wants to help anyone and management is a joke. The people in charge are NOT approachable and the management they hired is a joke! Goes against everything the company originally stood for. There are no CORE values as they are concerned. Very rude and obnoxious and does not fit the ettain culture.

Cons

They are very understaffed in certain areas and work those departments like dogs. Will not hire people to help in the departments that need it and the software they use is a joke. Nothing works! You have all of these meetings to give your input for solutions and nothing is ever done to fix it. A total waste of time. Also, there are too many managers and not enough of actual workers. They do not promote from within unless you are in the "in" crowd" and not based on your work. They work you to death and then fire you because you refuse to work 60 hours on a salary based on 40 hours. They do not give raises.

Pros

ettain group was a wonderful place to work. I worked in one of our smaller offices in Winston-Salem and the team while I was there was great. Very supportive environment, especially from a management perspective. They truly want you to grow with the company and try to make opportunities for advancement. Also the manager specifically in Winston was an amazing boss and extremely genuine in wanting you to advance professionally. You do have to work very hard but if you are hitting your goals (which is very doable) there is a degree of autonomy in how you spend your time. It was also important to me that we valued our clients and contractors, which I believe we did. I felt like I was able to look out for my contractor's best interests, not just look at them as a number. The training program was also instrumental in setting us up for success. I felt like most people in the company were very accessible. Good bonus structure as well. Plenty of incentive to work hard and make good money.

Cons

It is a highly competitive sales environment that requires long hours but you are told that from day 1. It's tough getting off the ground and building your network, but if you aren't willing to do that you shouldn't be in sales or recruiting. There is a high turnover rate which isn't necessarily an ettain problem but an industry one. I think ettain does more to retain its employees than most; but there is still an ever-changing office environment.

Pros

Worked for CHS in healthcare. I like knowing that I'm helping patients in the long run

Cons

No planning, not using tools as they are meant to be used (which is probably a PRO since they wouldn't have needed so many contractors if they knew what they were doing. It was a job that paid well and had some perks.
