Pros
I’ve worked at Ettinger for over 20 years and I’m near ready to move on to retirement (yay!). This is a great place to work and I have enjoyed working with the entire team. I have seen a great deal of change come through Ed Ettinger’s leadership recently. His changes to the project and engineering management teams and process have fueled the company’s recent successes. He is also very focused on employee satisfaction having installed flexible working hours, started the company’s social committee, started the Employee 1st initiative, setting up for paid overtime (beyond the normal/expected), and so on. He is patient, understanding, enjoys coaching and is hard working. I learned from him and I am continually impressed with what ‘he comes up with next’.
Cons
None in particular to mention. Do wish I didn’t have to open the window to let heat out in the winter sometimes. I think this is just the way building runs though.
