Pros
The people there are nice and it's in a good location. Close to penn station. Made lots of friends and did a lot of networking. Not bad for young adults fresh out of college looking to get some experience and to learn.
Cons
Though the people are nice they don't last as the turnover rate is very high. Some leaving after only a few weeks. They are not employee friendly. Low employee morale. Poor pay. Poor benefits. Demands overtime but wont pay. Pay is sometimes not done properly. Systemically disorganized in every way. Not allowed proper time to complete projects. Incomplete/improper projects get sent out. Uncomfortable, cramped work environment. Outdated computers makes work flow very slow. Rumors of legal issues with clients. Poor communication with clients and staff.
