      Good coworkers. Low stress environment depending on which department you are in, free time in the office. Location.

      Cons

      Clocking in and out, low salary, bad benefits, infrequent and small raises, lack of communication between employees and higher management.

      Pros

      Nice company to work in. Very rewarding experience. Helpful colleges and nice office. Interesting to work with other construction trades

      Cons

      Benefits are not bad but could be better such as the vacations. Computers are not the best but it is still acceptable
