Pros

They allow remote work. Healthy PTO policy.

Cons

Very low pay. No raises or bonuses. I’ve been here 8 years and there has been no annual cost of living raise and bonuses are only performance based and there a debt strict and lengthy requirements that make them impossible to reach.

Pros

-alright snack bar with sodas -big, mostly friendly team

Cons

Pay is utter garbage. Any company that doesn't directly keep up with cost of living/inflation is committing wage theft. Corporate doesn't care, and will absolutely just use "merit raises" as an excuse as to not pay more. Workload is unbelievably immense. Because the company refuses to update it's business, it's very cheap for people to send samples; unfortunately this also means there is always too much to do with too little time. If you're the kind of person who enjoys pushing your mental health to the absolute limit and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY, then this job is great for you. Corporate lied to me about starting with a higher wage, as well. I got well below my lowest offer. This is after coming to them from a competitor company with 1 year of experience. The idea was that after showing them I'm skilled, that they'd bump me up. Well, I've been waiting 6 months with not even the SLIGHTEST improvement. Every time I ask it just gets pushed farther and farther out.

Pros

If you're an "insourced employee" (corporate doublespeak for "contractor without an end date"), you might have the chance of working at the location of a better company and maybe, just maybe, getting hired by them instead, but even that is largely a pipe dream, so just don't.

Cons

Saying that the compensation is subpar for the industry is a vast understatement. This leads to ridiculous turnover rates. The closest you'll get to multilevel marketing in the STEM world.
