Job security, and good coworkers.

Cons

This company is stuck in the 50’s. The benefits are sub-par, the world schedule isn’t flexible (hard 8-5), the pay is minimal, and management does the least to appear to care about their employees (yes, a day of ice cream is nice but a bonus would be nicer).

- not a good place to be for someone with an advance degree - not room for professional growth and development - huge work load, No work-life balance, No appreciation, low salary, terrible benefits - management only promote people they know, if you are not one of them don't expect promotion or raise - considerable amount of micro-management - high turn-over rate, no stability in the work environment, colleagues and management

Nearly any place that you go to after working here will feel like heaven. Darn, being homeless will be a step up from a job here!

Cons

Bonded slave labor is perhaps nearly favorable on most days while working at this company to handling the type of clueless managers and directors that run this company. If you have a drivers license consider driving an Uber over joining this company. Really horrible, directionless company that will mess with your career.
