Pros

not much except PTO if you are allowed to take it. Constantly filling in for others, leaving you with not much to choose from.

Cons

Management is awful in the PSS Group. They blame every thing on the employee. They write an employee up on a constant basis for no specific reasons. This is the worst company-division ever. The pay is low and they keep piling the work on even though the deadlines are not realistic. I would never chance my career on this company. The management - executive level leaders have no clue what is going on. All that matters is how much money they make off their employees.

Pros

I was a begineer at this company as a plant protection expert, it gave me a lot of useful and practical experience that I can use in the future. Good coworkers and a family kinda atmosphere. Seasonal field and office jobs, so family and friends had my time at their moments!

Cons

I have no serious cons because I left them because of a special health condition. Salary was a little low for this scientific and physical work.

Pros

Worked with a good global staff, especially those in Europe. Had some good team members in US too. Decent technology platforms as well.

Cons

Working conditions were less than ideal. At that time there was a political battle between US locations for control of IT leadership. Can't speak to how it is now, but in 2012 the tone and working conditions were not great. I got out of there as soon as possible.
