Pros
- Good pay - Friendly onsite colleagues (foreign counterparts) - Hiring and investing in fresher - HR team is really trying to engage people by various activity(outing, celebration), learning community, not effective though, mostly because of us and by limited HR resource - Free office shuttle + Free food for all (It is because CEO is an European) and usual type pantry - Easy interview -
Cons
- Office timing, hr or manager won't reveal it until you join there(shift 1: 8:30 am-5:30 pm, shift 2: 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm) - Remote location: it is located in Whitefield (office shuttle is available though) - Again manger won't reveal the actual job details during interview process(be prepared and don't trust the JD shared during interview). - work atmosphere is very bad, please learn kung fu before joining and read newspaper regularly to update your politics skill ;) - No training or KT before first work allocation, manager thinks it is waste of time.(started looking for job after this experience). - Definitely not an employee friendly office or policies or manager. - Strict 9 hours, even a single minute difference in entry and exit time will lead to escalation and rejection of shift allowance - 2 weeks travel option to hold you for a year(as per policy) - Same building for Eurofins IT and Eurofins laboratory( not an issue for me , it is for others) - Not sure about other projects, I hope they are running India branch for L2 and L3 support work only - Loss of pay
