      Pros

      Dont commit a mistake to join this company as existing management and employees won't let new hires to stay more than a year,they fires without any reason so don't risk your life and career

      Cons

      Management and leader ship are slave leadership, very racists, existing employees always troubles new hires, existing management takes decision Based on feedback of others as they are not competent enough to take decisions on their own and in short do not risk your carrier

      Pros

      Can be a way to get industry experience. Salary is decent if you already have some experience.

      Cons

      If you're in the scientific staffing side of the company, your experience can differ greatly from someone else's. Some labs provide an ok or even good working environment and some labs have a VERY contentious relationship between Eurofins contractors and the client. If they have to choose between backing you or backing the client, they will probably back the client. Definitely did not receive the support necessary to be successful in such an antagonistic work environment. There was also A LOT of gossip. On more than one occason there were things being said behind my back that were not brought to my attention until weeks or months after the fact so I never really had the chance to defend myself.

      Pros

      can gain experience and knowledge at the client location. The contract with the client location if for year which is better that most of other CROs

      Cons

      No place for growth. Employees leave as the salary is lot less when compared to other companies. Since the contract is for three years, not sure what will happen after 3 years
