I think many people here see this as a gateway job (2, MAYBE 3 years max), not a career. Pay is 25% industry standard, and many times 40-50% below what the client would be making. The yearly pay increase has yet to cover the cost of living increase (such as more expensive health insurance premiums), so each year, you end up making less. ELL requires a four year degree for the majority of their positions, yet pays you like you barely graduated high school. I understand this is a contractor position, but most CROs pay more.

Funny they feel the need to ship all new hires out to Lancaster, PA for a few days of training that, at least in my case, very poorly reflected what I was actually going to be doing at the PSS site. Bad work load, again, at least in my case for my job and at my site: periods of enough work and then periods with no work with fellow employees feeling that means that they can show up an hour late, take a two hour lunch, and then leave an hour and a half early.
