You learn a lot in a short period of time and work with very intelligent people. You have to have an entrepreneurial mindset in order to get the opportunities to work on different projects. There are a lot of challenges due to the fast growth of the company but this is to expected for a fast growing company. Do not expect things to be perfect because they are not however you do have an opportunity to perfect the process to make some things perfect.

Cons

Internal training and development for managers is needed.

If you want to learn new things and grow in your career, you must choose a company which is growing fast, profitable and very stable. Eurofins Scientific is exactly that, even after 30+ years of existence it is growing at industry leading rates and still believes in having startup like agility and adeptability of new technologies. Startups generally (approx. 90%) are volatile and could stop your career growth all of sudden in the middle, leaving you without complete experience of what you develop or implement or work upon. Eurofins Management is quite serious about providing right platform and opportunities to the employees.

Cons

Even though it is the Apple and Google of TIC (Testing Inspection and Certification) industry, has >45k employees, it is still not a commonly known brand to common people, so your relatives and friends may not be wowed by hearing the company name where you work. Is it really a Con ? No if you are Happy with your learnings and growth.
