Pros

Great team work. Management are approachable and easy to communicate with. Great opportunities to grow in the company which make it exciting. The management outline the goals and ensure we are on target to meet them. they are there to help us succeed which totally different from other contract laboratories I have worked with in the past. Training is good. they spent a lot of time training me on the basics to ensure I am well equipped to handle the task on hand competently

well, it is nice working there, I joined the company couple of years ago and it is a friendly environment with very kind colleagues to work with. Not so much companies give a fully paid one hour break these days but Experchem does. Furthermore, we actually work 35 hours a week. Wow that is so great. Some nice social events through out the year. Management is easily reachable and there is no high walls between me and my direct manager or even the GM. if we need anything, management will make the decision promptly with bureaucracy

As in everywhere else high working volume with tight targets to achieve
