Pros

Not many, I guess little experience for after graduting.

Cons

Everything. Bad Management. Good ol' 20 cent raises. You know, everything to make a worker not happy. Overwork the good, bad employees move faster in company b/c leave departments, usually due to mistreatment. Place sucks.

Pros

Coworkers are generally nice There is an employee engagement team that’s trying to get fun things in/outside of work Very flexible hours

Cons

Management is laughable. Any time there is any sort of conflict between coworkers, nothing gets done. Pay is terrible compared to similar labs, and they haven’t done a cost analysis in over 5 years. Lab is constantly overworked and no one in upper management seems to care. “But our numbers look great!” Yeah cool but nobody wants to stay here.

Pros

The three day training trip was fun. Pay checks arrived on time. Depending on the PSS location and the leadership, there are chances to be hired internally and escape Eurofins.

Cons

The "team leader" had less than a year of experience post-college. The upper management put the least qualified individual out of the bunch to be in charge, give employee reviews, and decide who to hire and who to fire. Whether this was due to nepotism, some convincing manipulation or just plain stupidity on behalf of the management at Eurofins, I couldn't say - however, putting somebody with no experience in charge was a disaster that no one was allowed to question. All training and guidance was supposed to be provided by the newly minted college graduate, as we were only allowed to accept leadership from Eurofins. I was repeatedly warned people were watching and reporting on me since the company we were at at was going through a merger and employees were being cut. Very little actual work was being done, it was mostly just a show on who could sound the most busy/important. It was the most stressful, dysfunctional, narcissistic work environment I have experienced.
