Teammates are generally nice Not much else

Cons

All male management and the only acknowledgement/praise is for other males in the company No POC or females in upper management creates a huge disconnect from the relatively diverse worker bees INSANE turnover No direction No career goals set for associates Only 5 scientists and everyone else is a tech No bonuses for techs or support just for management

Cons

You will be making very little money, basically pay check to paycheck is what it is. If you make a mistake, they will never let you forget it by nagging constantly during your monthly meeting. Group leaders love to "praise you" and tell you how important you are, but at the same time will be using your tiny mistakes again and again as a reason you didn't get promoted. Second shift does not exist to them. Favoritism is a big thing in this company. If you find another position in the company that you think will suit you, they will give you hell about transferring from their department. And when you finally can't deal with everything and quit, they will remind you of everything they trained you for and all the time and effort they lost on that.

I signed a contract, did all of the necessary paperwork involved to begin work and then my start date kept getting pushed back, until i just got a half assed email from HR in another city saying they are no longer hiring me
