      Pros

      Over all the benefits are fairly good as is the amt of vacation

      Cons

      I have been here for over 25 years and a new employee straight out of college can start at comparable pay to what I am making.. Management needs an overhaul. Lots of dead weight. And some you wonder how they ever would have been promoted to management. Favoritism. Over worked. Lots of very unhappy employees. Pay very low in comparison with other companies.

      •Co-workers make it bearable •PTO •Good stepping stone •Relaxes dress •No set start time (+/- 1hour window from start time)

      Cons

      •Absolutely terrible management. People don't leave because of the work; people leave because of management. • No direction what's so ever. You have to find all of the answers yourself. But if you mess up all the blame is put onto you as the analyst •No space: no office space space as everything is shared and no laboratory space to work •No room for growth or making mistakes. It's a double edge sword • LOW PAY •You may have to work a 12-15 hour shift just to get things out on time. And you don't have a choice • Terrible work/life balance.

      Good location to my house.

      Cons

      Eurofins Louisville, KY, is in serious financial difficulty. 60% turnover rate in the labs due to low pay and long, unreliable work hours. IT to be cut by 50% by year end 2016.
