Great Benefits and PTO. My Group Leader (Supervisor) is awesome and very understanding but this is not the norm

Cons

First shift is treated much better than second shift. Rarely see management and are never quite sure if what you are being told by leadership is the actual truth. Pay is TERRIBLE for the stress level and job requirements

Very flexible hours, plentiful PTO, great opportunity for experience in a variety of platforms.

Cons

Low, low pay, especially considering the size of the company. Too many people without scientific backgrounds making decisions that affect lab work and analysts.

They don’t care about their employees. They “strive” to make the place better but they never listen to employee surveys. People don’t receive the proper training which leads to poor leadership overall. Pay is about 30-40% below average
