      Pros

      Fellow analysts and a select few leadership make coming to work tolerable. Learned more responsibility and underwent training against my will that ended up working out great for the company that I am leaving to work at.

      Cons

      The pay is embarrassing for the amount of experience I have. As a group, we feel used, unappreciated, overworked, and are constantly dealing with "culture" issues with management. You will be expected to juggle management tasks, while conducting testing and other administrative work, but overtime is frowned upon and you will receive negative remarks for not finishing 10 hours of work in 8 hours. Do not waste your time.

      Benefits are good and good PTO

      Cons

      The people in charge are not nice people, they are unorganized and thrive on chaos and finger pointing instead of being managers and supporting their employees by giving them the tools they need to do their job effectively. They set people up to fail for their own personal gain. They don’t care about the success of their direct reports, just their own success. This place has become a revolving door because of it.
