Pros

- Decent experience to begin your career if you have little to none (worked here for 1.5 years as my first job out of college).

Cons

- Most toxic, unhealthy environment I have every been a part of. Not only work environment but just in general. Everybody talks negatively behind everyone's backs and blames others for their own mistakes rather than taking accountability - Management only cares about the business and bottom line rather than the well-being of its employees. People will quit or get fired and they will not backfill those positions JUST to save money and do not care about the people it directly affects giving them all the more stressful work for the same low pay. Took on the responsibilities of an entirely different project coordinator when this person resigned and because they didn't backfill it was expected I take on all their projects. Also, didn't have a warehouse person so had to handle all of that work as well. - Very low pay for the amount of work - Was told in my interview and when I was impressing in my role that advancement is a certainty after a year of working here. My supervisor and other coworkers would always tell me how great of a job I'm doing so I know I deserved a promotion or at the very least a raise but nothing came out of it so I left. - All throughout COVID, it was always a huge deal to work from home even when the majority of my tasks could have been done remotely and when 90% of the office was always remote my team ALWAYS had to be in. If I could give a 0 star overall review I would that's how bad it was

Pros

Great pay upfront. It’s a good experience overall to work here and the people are great so long as you don’t ever learn about management

Cons

Management has no backbones and refuse to stand up for their workers. Raises are pennies compared to what they should be. The company keeps growing but employees are overworked and underpaid. Employees are dropping like flies, realizing there is no long term opportunity here. Employees who are choosing to stay are asked to pick up the slack and are not being offered any additional compensation. Be aware that working here means working for one person and that person gets to choose exactly what you make and your bonuses and if they don’t like you, you won’t see more money. The key players here are manipulative. Don’t fall for it.

Pros

- very loving coworkers (depends on who you work/get along with actually)

Cons

- super cheap, you get 3% raise a year or NO RAISE AT ALL, they always say they are on a "budget" but the revenue has increased so much each year and they would brag about it during company meetings - always hired overqualified people for an entry position so they can offer a lower salary - managers take credit for all the work during company meeting - they will ask you to take on new responsibilities without any raise, you can be working for two positions and still get no raise - 401k isn't fully vested. you need to be with the company for 3 years to be fully vested - super micromanaged managers and unreliable management - managers are always late but leave early - no career advancement, they don't believe in hiring from within - they only buy snacks that are on sale at Costco for the lunchroom - unprofessional work environment - they are sexist! men are treated better than women. - you can develop work-related injuries and they still wouldn't try to implement prevention
