      Management allows toxic work environment by never firing bigotted/sexually harrassing coworker.

      Cons

      Management allowed bigotted, racist, and sexist coworker in the residue department to remain part of the team despite his many conflicts with others. Mainly because he has been with the company for decades. Still not acceptable. He made many feel unsafe and made extremely suspect passes at other female coworkers. Management's lack of handling discipline or just letting him go despite his behavior being common knowledge tells you everything you need to know about this site. He is still employed to this day.
