      No work life balance

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Good location.

      Cons

      Treat employees like machines. Meetings over the lunch hour. No breaks. Expectation to be on early calls, late calls, work into the evening and weekends, travel all the time. No boundaries. Employee stress and burn out common. Especially at San Diego site. Senior management travels 200 days a year and ignores their family and expects everyone else to do the same.

      Pros

      Great people. Support staff is off the charts. Some people are very happy and pleasing to be around.

      Cons

      Where to start, upper management does NOT care. Employees are overwhelmed, overworked and overlooked. No work life balance. The amount of back stabbing is astronomical. Employees with long retention are either snakes or fired. New employees are lucky to work 6 months without quitting. Not enough pay. At the rate Denver is going they will be shut down by the end of the year. Already closing labs.

      Laid back atmosphere. Easy to take time off. Good for experience.

      Cons

      Low pay and you'll most likely rarely get a raise and when you do it'll be a puny 3%.
