      Pros

      Coworkers were the best, people work as hard as they can, flexibility for some jobs.

      Cons

      Unstable business, leadership is shady with no management maturity, major turn over as everyone who can gets out. Entirely too much work for the number of people- no one can do a good job. Clients should be wary.

      Pros

      Eurofins is a good company with nice benefits. The insurance isn't super expensive, and they give you a decent amount of PTO to use for vacations/sick days. They demonstrate an inspiring culture, even if it seems silly at times.

      Cons

      I work in PSS so I work at a client site. It is hard to separate yourself from the client employees. You constantly compare your benefits and their benefits. Since we are considered "contractors" we got paid less than our client counterparts doing the same exact job. We started with a small group at our PSS site where the manager didn't interact with us much. This was both good and bad. You were left alone, but also you were alone to figure everything out by yourself. The site is growing and there is more interaction now though which is nice. Promotions and raises are rare.

      Very Long Hours and No Respect!

      Good Benefits, Nice new building, great employee's.

      Cons

      Very long hours 55-70 every week. Management had no idea what was involved with the job and didn't care if you basically lived at the office.
