      Pros

      Contracting at a big pharma company gives you the experience you need to take with you elsewhere.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Very immature group leader and when you had issues with them, their supervisor was always on the group leader's side. No constructive criticism allowed. Terrible pay, which starting salaries are still decreasing at the company. If you don't like your starting salary, don't expect a raise anytime in the next few years.

      Stuck in the past, not open minded, poor technology, clock watching for salaried, low morale, terrible HR

      Pros

      Good benefits, gated building and parking for safety, nice break room, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries every month, and many of the employees are great people

      Cons

      Shorthanded, only hire people with a degree and still pay them under $13/hr, pay is not based on how hard you work or how long you have been with the company, allow laziness from several employees but expect others to pick up the slack, employees are not well informed, machines malfunction constantly, no maintenance for 2nd or 3rd shift, facility is not very lean and you must constantly search for materials, a few managers are very rude. High up management doesn't care about anyone that isn't on 1st shift.
