      Good place to start resume experience, then leave after 1-2 years

      Pros

      They will hire anyone with a degree, any relative science degree from marine biology/zoology to chemical engineering in order to work a chemist's job. They are expanding fast and turnover is very quick so there will always be a job for you.

      Cons

      The pay is 16-18 hourly for chem jobs. Promotion to salary is pay cut and only given when they no longer want to pay you for the overtime. Avg work hrs are 45-50/wk. Gain very specialized experience, so don't stay too long or you won't be marketable to other pharma companies.

      Pros

      Decent benefits is really all I can think of

      They will expect you to be on call at all times and if you dont work an insane amount of hours you will not be treated well. Most of the companies upper management is pompous demanding and disrespectful. They pay you the bare minimum compared to industry and competitors standards. High turnover rate due to lack of professionalism and respect. Not sure why this company treats their employees the way they do. If you want to work somewhere where you will have no work life balance, feel pressured to work days nights and weekends just to be treated with somewhat of a sense of respect from Management and all the while making very little income for your hard work this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Great health insurance. Good way to get into the pharma industry. Easy to gain experience in areas you would not necessarily have gotten it elsewhere.

      Cons

      Management does not care about employees. Team leads will be the only management that will care about anything, and they have the power to do nothing. Upper management is disrespectful and unconcerned with ethics in the workplace.
