Reporting dangerous or threatening behavior gets you nowhere, but you can probably expect some form of retaliation Management made it clear that they saw employees as replaceable, and their top priority was paying us as little as they could get away with If you work for a PSS location (meaning you're contracted to work at another company under Eurofins), expect to be treated as less-than, and expect that if you have any problems, Eurofins will choose to protect their relationship with the client (ie not report to their HR and suppress complaints about behavior) over your safety at work If you run into any problems with ableism, racism, sexism, harassment, etc., I would recommend you start looking for a new job before you consider asking Eurofins for support in reporting it. (And don't expect them to treat you fairly or pay you correctly after you submit your resignation either) If I could rate them in the negatives, I would.
