      Pros

      If you make friends and are motivated you will learn as much as you can learn in the lab. State of the art equipment. Terrific scientific staff.

      Cons

      Don't expect much outside of a learning experience. If this is your first job understand that this is not the way many other corporations run their business. Once you have experience plan an exit.

      Monday-Friday schedule PTO, benefits after 30 days

      Cons

      I was lied to when I accepted the job, they told me I would get moved to a Field Technician, instead I was stuck at my current position. The pay is too low for cost of living. I couldn't even afford gas to go to work. I was told this job was full time, the first quarter there is a 32 hour mandate. If you have PTO great, if not you have to find a second job.
