      Great experience out of college

      Pros

      Great way to get a foot in the door with experience. Great benefits for a single person. Great way to make friends. Pay is good for recent graduate.

      Cons

      Management usually doesn't set foot in the lab, so if unusual results happen, it is blamed on the employee most of the time. Management expects you to stay overtime at times. Work is sometimes put on your list last minute and the work is expected to be done. Favorites are picked all the time. You can tell the difference by how management speaks to each person.

      - Friendly co-workers who are in the same boat as you are - Work four hours and your manager won't know about it - Work twelve hours and your manager will also know nothing about it

      Cons

      - Low pay - No sick days - No career opportunities as managers don't even know what you're doing most of the time -The new manager is insane
