      Pros

      Benefits are OK. Decent option if you have little or no work experience and want to add something to your resume. I wouldn't stay longer than 1.5-2 years here because there is no career advancement and your salary remains the same. It doesn't matter how hard you work or how long you've been there.

      Cons

      Low salary, no career advancement, and no management support. They can fire you for a reason or no reason at all. If they "have" to have a reason, they nitpick and find a reason. They treat you like a number and do not treat you with respect.

      Good pay for the area, with experience. Good benefits. Great staff in the South Bend location. Low turnover
