The people I work with are polite and very helpful.

Cons

Where to start. They overwork you like a slave. Pay is lousy if you are senior chemist or higher because you don't get paid for OT. The buildings and equipment are outdated. The servers/instruments crash daily making it nearly impossible to complete a task. Management has no laboratory experience so they can't help you with testing or how to help you solve a problem. The worse job decision ever to come here.

Pros

It's a paycheck! Good job for transitioning workers, and good for the 'best time to find a job is when you have a job' philosophy. Benefits are adequate, but the pay rate is insulting for the PSS model.

Cons

ELLI PSS only pays the employees about 1/3 of what they charge the clients. The client's full-time employees doing the same job, working right next to the PSS employees, make 2-3X salary! Despicable, truly awful for morale.

Dont commit a mistake to join this company as existing management and employees won't let new hires to stay more than a year,they fires without any reason so don't risk your life and career

Cons

Management and leader ship are slave leadership, very racists, existing employees always troubles new hires, existing management takes decision Based on feedback of others as they are not competent enough to take decisions on their own and in short do not risk your carrier
