      No work for you if your are useless.

      Cons

      1. No salary hike 2. Only Duo poly at pune location handle company 3. Treat employees as slave 4. No increment even if your higher give you 5 stars 5. Join only if you don't want to work , dont have knowledge and don't have life. 6. If any skill you have leave this one 7. Groupism is praise by management with good hikes, And if your are outsider then God only save you 8. On the name of cafeteria there is only coffee machine with cockroaches.

      Decent salary Lower level staff very friendly

      Cons

      No medical health care plan- very strange for a global business of this size. General culture of distrust towards lower level employees. Most of the managers have zero leadership skills. The lower level staff not valued, the only opinion that matters is the main manager. The same main manager shouts at people on meetings and in person- very intimidating.

      Company does not care at all for its employees, does not provide any training and development opportunities Many working hours with no overtime payments No constant hybrid working choice Hostile attitude by many deaders to their teams
