Pros

In TSD, very flexible holidays and work environment is also friendly. Managers are also understanding and support the team. Friend work environment can be best profit. Basic medical facilities at security also availabale. ESIC and PF and other benefits. Workload varies from team to team. I was in TSD network and was comfortable with that. Free tea, milk, coffee but vending machine produces it not that much good. Filter drinking water, normal, hot, cold. Induction also available. Ordered food from outside allowed and comes on time. Support from team members is gooy. They adjust shift as required that's why flexible. Bus facilities upto Thane station and some points for general shifts. I would go and come by company's bus upto Nerul when in general shifts.

Cons

Payment is less compared to standard if you work here on third party payroll. Canteen food is 3rd class and you have to pay for everything. HR don't pay that much attention to employees. Office politics ( but that's not only here). Unstructured and unfixed procedures. Not that much things to learn here if you work on L1. If you are on third party payroll, no claims facilities. No night shift allowance. They will give you extra holiday but not overtime pay if you work on holiday if required. No training...you have to learn by asking.
