The job isn't hard but the management is too great.

Pros

The jobs aren't hard to do, if you ask around you can probably get some help from other workers. Senior employees are pretty knowledgeable to help you through jobs.

Cons

The management favors people, if you aren't close with them then you'll probably never move up, or they'll move you to a position you never asked for. Supervisors aren't that great if you need questions answered. Quality control is all over the place, supervisors will say something is alright to pass, but QA will say its not, and vice versa.

Pros

None. In July 2024, they did a mass lay off with no notice and no severance pay.

Cons

They pay to low compared to other companies. All upper management have egos that you will have to cater too. If you don't you will not be treated like a person. The egos trickle down. HR doesn't have a clue on how to handle bad employees.

Flexible, growth, training, clean, free safety meals

Cons

Pay needs to be better to get a better quality of an employee. This would help with the drama as well, and everyone sleeping together and spreading terrible rumors about people.
