Pros

Company paid insurance for employee (this is pretty standard though) WFH just like any wfh job You get pizza if you work yourself into the ground

Cons

They make up rules as they go. Give you expectations to only change them. If you fight for yourself at all, you will be terminated. High work expectations which will have you at your desk from sun up to sun down. They completely lied to me in my interview about work expectations. I would have gone with another offer if they would have been honest instead of trying to get as many bodies into a chair to fulfill their over promised demand deadlines. Work hours aren’t set so if your team lead is up at 8am their time and you are two hours behind, they expect you to be up and at your desk. Overworked… I was so exhausted when I worked with them. Leaving was a relief. 1000 meetings a day but still expected to meet quota. AI is a complete mess. Many of us if not all rewrote 90% of the demands. Wrong information is pulled using the AI every time. Somehow this terrible product is a selling point and law firms are trying it. They are also canceling their contracts left and right.

Pros

- Fully remote position with flexible hours - Decent benefits package - Available quarterly production-based bonuses - Home office stipend - Supportive middle management

Cons

- Weekly daunting individual performance quotas imposed with significant pressure to achieve, regardless of how many hours worked. - Quality and quantity are hammered into all drafters but only high-quantity drafters receive bonuses/accolades/recognition. None of these are afforded to quality-focused drafters who consistently produce nearly perfect work. - Hours upon hours reading technical text on screen. - PTO is not “unlimited” as told during hiring. - Company growth has caused the devaluation of drafters, who are the heart of the company. - Everything is always subject to change with little to no company-wide consistency. Asking 2 people the same question results in totally different responses. - It seems cool to work for this company as their goal of advocating for plaintiffs using new tech is admirable. But at the end of the day, drafters are overworked, not fairly compensated, undervalued, and provided no room for career growth.

Pros

Pros: Decent benefits Unlimited PTO (sorta) Good coworkers Office stipend Remote work

Cons

Whew where do I begin? This review is a little overdue, but working here is not worth it. I understand this is a startup but there is almost 0 organization and 0 communication going on here. Leadership does not take any action and it feels like we are always scrambling. You will be micromanaged and put on the spot if you make a mistake and even if it's not your fault (yep, I know. Doesn't make sense at all, but you will be blamed). CEO is also not the most exciting person and feels like he is not open to feedback or other people's thoughts. Also, there is no culture here at all....
