Pros

there are no pros to working with this company.

Cons

This company attempts to create the facade of having an AI framework that magically creates insurance claims in an instant, which they then sell to law firms for an exorbitant amount of money given the actual process they employ. The software is inefficient, underdeveloped, and it's ultimately the legal ops associates who are doing most of the work to make whatever garbage the program spits out presentable. Terrible work environment of impossible targets, unpaid overtime, and pettiness. A number of the operations associates have some form of legal training, but management is ignorant, unqualified, and deaf to any suggestions. As a startup, seniority heavily favors employees who have simply stuck around for the longest but don't actually know anything about litigation insurance claims or managing medical records. The *head* of their learning and development dept does not know that "irregardless" is not a word... Team supervisors are former legal assistants that worked in law firms for all of one month (info taken straight from their website). I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job, or any personal injury attorney looking for AI solutions.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Fully Remote Good Teamwork

Cons

Like everyone has been saying on this page. There is NO work life balance, despite this being a huge promise during training. Once you’re fully ramped, you’ll be expected to meet their quota every week which is an insane expectation that you’ll learn very few actually meet at the company. If there’s a mistake or misunderstanding, the drafter (you) is penalized. Nothing is communicated and everything changes every day. You will end up working until late every week night and weekends because of all of that. The compensation is not enough for the amount of hours you’re expected to work. And the quota is never adjusted. I didn’t meet the quota two weeks in a row, and I was basically told I would get fired because of that. The entire management operates based on threats to get employees to work more and harder. I was excited to work here when I started but I’ve never hated a job more.

Pros

Absolutely none, the salary and benefits are the industry standard there is literally 0 incentive to working here - please do not leave your job for this company it is a giant scam

Cons

Every single review is spot on, they have made no efforts to change anything and will lie to you in the interview process. If you do not “graduate” from there lackluster training you are fired after the first two weeks. Then if you don’t perform based on their ever changing “standards”, production goals, and requirements you’re fired without warning or cause.
