      Pros

      Some of the individual contributors are both good people and good at their job. You can work remotely. It is a good product for the most part. That's about it

      Cons

      Let's say you had a pet raccoon. Let's also say that raccoon farted through an onion. That would be more enjoyable than working for this organization. The founders and C suite are simply awful. They have no clue how to effectively grow a business. They do not accept criticism in any form. Their only approach to business is either an article that was read on LinkedIn or something they saw on Sesame Street 14 years ago. They simply have no clue. If you have any desire to grow professionally and be a part of a strong organization, please stay away from this place.

      Pros: Decent benefits Unlimited PTO (sorta) Good coworkers Office stipend Remote work

      Cons

      Whew where do I begin? This review is a little overdue, but working here is not worth it. I understand this is a startup but there is almost 0 organization and 0 communication going on here. Leadership does not take any action and it feels like we are always scrambling. You will be micromanaged and put on the spot if you make a mistake and even if it's not your fault (yep, I know. Doesn't make sense at all, but you will be blamed). CEO is also not the most exciting person and feels like he is not open to feedback or other people's thoughts. Also, there is no culture here at all....
