      A whole lot of smoke and mirrors

      Pros

      Office building. Benefits - insurance, health focus, gym. The business "idea" and the "culture."

      Cons

      Leadership- huge promises and goals but never delivers. Communication- non existent. IT/Systems- seriously do not work, out dated, in-efficient, and entirely manual. Atmosphere- smiles on the outside but politics and clicks rules this place. The business "idea: is flawed with the current resources and structure. The "culture" sounds good on the outside until "culture" turns into cult after you start.

      There were no pros working for this company.

      Cons

      Director was demeaning, abusive, manipulative, and utterly abhorrent in the way she treated the staff. Contacted HR for MONTHS, along with over a half dozen other employees, about her behavior and absolutely NOTHING was done. Upper management and HR completely ignores/ignored the complaints filed against the Director even though numerous people stepped forward with very credible evidence and similar allegations.
