full time: flexible hours, mental health program part time: great for high school/college students, great job to gain experience

Cons

The quality of the staff and management depends heavily on the location. Scarce opportunities for full time employment. As a lead receiver I loved my job with the first store director but I hated it when I transferred. I waited 9 months before a full time position was available. So yeah don’t stay there too long hoping for something.

Locations and stores Environmental outlook Organization Fun Co workers were pretty fun and make it a great working environment

Cons

Benefits aren’t that great Managers are always hired from another location so there’s no real room for growth once you make it to the highest sales position.
