To describe the Covid-19 events of the past months as unimaginable and unforeseeable is a significant understatement. Every organization has been impacted. Event Network’s situation is uniquely challenging as we rely on the combination of social gathering and retail. Event Network, as well as many organizations across the Country, were faced with the unimaginable but necessary decision to implement shared sacrifices of furloughs, salary cuts and terminations across our Store Support Center (Corporate Office) and Stores. Our President did not take a salary and we were able to support our team members on furlough by covering 100% of their healthcare benefit costs. As cultural attractions reopen and guests return to visit our amazing partner venues, our goal is to bring back affected Team Members to Event Network as business returns post COVID-19 store closures.
