I would leave zero stars if I could

I loved my team and made life long friends getting to visit museums for free

Cons

I worked for them for 10 years at various venues and they refused to promote me. They would always hire from outside or the latest travesty, promote somebody I trained ahead of me. This after helping the AD hold the store together TWICE without a director. And after finally getting FT position they took it away after a year leaving me stranded without medical. Great if all you want is a temp part time gig, but absolutely no career growth potential. Loyalty is punished, not rewarded.
