Pros
Everyone who works at Eventbrite most likely had to meet with one of the co-founders as part of the interview process, so you know that you working with very talented individuals. Not only is everyone smart, but they are also down-to-earth! Having a dog friendly atmosphere and catered meals also helps build a great sense of community amongst the Britelings.
Cons
No real cons other than there is A LOT of work to be done, so you have to be good with prioritization, organization and communication to be successful here.
